Are there any Mario Kart cheats that unlock all the race courses?
No. You must unlock courses by finishing at least 3rd in the previous cup. However, you can unlock courses at 50cc and you can race in those courses at 100cc and 150cc. If you can't do that, you could ask a friend to play your game and unlock the new courses for you.
