Is there anyway for me to play a region game NTSC UC to an Xbox 360 from America?

Your question is confusing me. NTSC UC usually stands for NTSC US United States and Canada. The U us for United States and the C is for Canada. So effectively the game is for America.
Unless I am understanding your question wrong.
Please give me the game name, where is is brought from and where you are trying to play it.
Most 360 machines are fairly much region free providing you are using a HD TV and have the output settings something like 720 or 1080 which are fairly standard.
