Console Games (Nintendo, Sony etc.) and Arcade Games/ps 3 game data utlity

Question
I just bought a game went to download it it said their wasn't enough space on the hard drive so I went in game data utility and started deleting some stuff.  I notice some of my games I have are not on there and they should be.  when I put a game that is not on the game data utility it dose not re install it just works that does not make seance.  I was wondering if some games install and some don't or what?

Why the gaming systems mess with us so much, I'll never know.  (Sigh.)  Anyway, I'm not sure.  Maybe some games don't need an install.  But if you installed them, then they didn't appear... that's kinda weird.  I only installed one game on my XBox, and it's still there... I think.  Weird dude.  I don't know.  PS3's are soooo complex!  ;)

Experience

I've been playing games ever since I was little. I would always get upset when I would get stuck and I couldn't find anyone to help me. I never want someone going through that. I've been helping people on YouTube recently, and I wanted to branch out so I can help more people. I've played countless SNES games from way back when, dominated the PS2, and now I'm conquering the new generation of Wii's, PS3's and 360's. I know a lot about games. If I don't know the answer, I know many places where I can get basically any information on almost any game.
