Question
Right, I have tried several times to connect to GTS using my
DSi, however, I have not yet succeeded in connecting. I
wanted to know whether wi-fi is what the system uses to
connect to the internet. this is because my internet on my
DSi works just fine, but I can't do anything else and it's
really annoying me as I would like to meet others and trade.
could you possibly help me? thanks xx

Gday Lauren,

If your Internet works on you DSi but the GTS is not working please make sure you set up the Wifi connection in the pokemon game options you are trying to use.  I believe you have to also set it up in game as it does not default to what settings you currently have.
