I Have Lenovo N500 423352F Notebook French Version Which Has A Inbuilt WiFi 802.11g
Operating System: Windows XP PRO SP2
RAM:2GB
GHz:2.00 GHz
WiFi Driver: GemTek & Cybertran 802.11g
I Have Got New PSP on 22 Dec As A Christmas Gift After 3 Years..
When I Try To Scan But Always My PSP Says No Access Point Found And This Is Also With My Laptop When I Click Check For A Wireless Device It Says "No Wireless Device Found".

Please Help Me To Make Connection In Laptop And In PSP. I Want To Make My Laptop as A Wireless Router So Please Help Mee.........

Your problem is really you have no access to wireless router to access the Internet.  (thus your PC nor your PSP can access it wirelessly)  Just because your Notebook has the capability of wireless does not automatically mean it will connect up.  It has to have a wireless router or wireless access point for it to work.  You need an Internet service for all that to happen as well which it would like you don't.

However if you have a hardwire Internet.  (IE access thru DSL, Cable or Satellite via a cat 5 wire)  You might be able to turn your Laptop onto a wifi hotspot via bridging the connection.  There are a number of guides to bridge you network connection.

But firstly you need Internet service.  Once you have that the simplest thing would be go and get a wireless router and you problem would be solved.
