Question
What happends when both Pokemon have wonder guard ability and neither pokemon have the move to knock out the other? "Meaning no move to make a super effective"

Answer
The only Pokémon with Wonder Guard is Shedinja, so this would be a fight between 2 Shedinjas. If neither switches out, each will be forced to keep using useless moves against each other until they have no PP. When all of a Pokemon's moves have 0 PP, it uses Struggle. Struggle is able to hit a Ghost-Type, even through Wonder Guard, so the Shedinja its hits would be knocked out. Struggle does recoil damage, so the Shedinja that used the move would also be knocked out.
