My Questions...
(1)What do I have to do to make "Lorelei" leave?
(2)I know that you're in High School and I remember how busy things are there, so you do not have to answer question number two because it might require a rather lenghty explanation. If you do however decide to answer this question, I would greatly appreciate it dude! Take you time, you can respond in one week if necessary; school is more important! Here is the question... Can you please guide me to the "fastest method" of getting Lorelei back to Indigo Plateau? As far as game progress goes, I haven't met Bill yet at Cinnabar Island, he is still waiting in the Pokemon Center.

Thank you very much once again for your assistance regarding this matter Chamale, I really appreciate it! I wish you the best of luck on your Regents Exam(or whatever they call nowadays). Remember, a good nights sleep is a MUST when taking your Regents Exam(or whatever they call nowadays). I would advice you to start reviewing a week before the test, because "cramming" a review session is risky dude! Hang in there man, college is a lot harder so try not to slack off too much; this is much easier said than done, trust me! I got to get back to my review session, once again, thank you very much for everything!
Sincerely yours,
LG
Answer1. To make Lorelei leave, I assume you're referring to making her return to the Elite Four. I'll answer that in answer 2. I'm sorry if I misunderstood, I haven't played Leafgreen in quite a while.
2. Monday is Victoria Day, so I have a long weekend. Thanks for your concern.
Anyway, to get Lorelei to return to the Elite Four, there are some quests to deal with in the Sevii Islands. Lorelei went to her home on Four Island to defend it from Team Rocket. To get her back, you must go to One Island with Bill. With Bill, talk to Celio in the Pokemon Centre. Celio gives you the Tri Pass and asks you to go see the owner of the Joyful Game Corner on Two Island. After this is done, when you talk to Celio he wants you to give him the Ruby.
The Ruby is deep in Mount Ember, north of One Island. You need Surf to reach it and Strength to deal with some of the puzzles inside it. Explore into Mount Ember, and when you come a fork in the path, go down and to the left. This path leads to the Ruby. When you return it to Celio, he gives you a Rainbow Pass and tells you to find the Sapphire. Go to Four Island to find this.
On Four Island, there's a house above and to the left of the Pokemon Centre. A man in this house will teach Body Slam to Venusaur or Poliwrath. Body Slam is more powerful than Secret Power and has a 30% chance of causing paralysis, so I recommend you have him teach this move to Venusaur. After leaving that house, surf on the lake to the right to reach Icefall Cave.
Note that navigating Icefall Cave requires Waterfall, an HM that you'll find inside the cave. If you don't want to teach Waterfall to Poliwrath, use a Good Rod to catch Poliwag or Goldeen - either can learn Waterfall.
Inside Icefall Cave, Surf to the entrance that goes deeper into the cave. Cross the fragile ice to reach the top patch of ice. Stepping on fragile ice causes you to fall through, so step on the top patch of ice twice to fall. Go to the ladder just to the right from there, and then make your way to the bottom patch of ice. Slide along the ice to reach the bottom ladder, and climb up to find HM07 - Waterfall. Return to the entrance of the cave and climb up the waterfall. Go through to find Lorelei fighting Team Rocket. With your team at level 100, there's no way you could lose to these guys.
After that, go to Six Island to find the second password for the Team Rocket Warehouse. I could tell you the password now, but the game won't let you simply type it in. You have to go through the events on Six Island to learn it. Surf over to Ruin Valley and follow the path through the valley to a mysterious metal door. The Braille writing on the door says "CUT", so use Cut on the door to let yourself in. Jump in the first hole you see, then go up, left, right, and down. You'll see the Sapphire, but some idiot steals it. He tells you the password to the Warehouse is "Yes, nah, Chansey", so now you can go to Five Island to fight Team Rocket.
Go to the Five Isle Meadow to deal with Team Rocket's Warehouse. Go through a few Rocket Grunts, and then you'll reach the Warehouse. You need both passwords to get inside. You'll see a red-haired Team Rocket woman just above you, but to reach her takes a complicated route. Go left and step on the arrows to send yourself to the left. You should arrive on a panel with a Pokeball visible above and slightly to the left of you. From that panel, step on the arrows pointing up. Walk along the top of the room to reach 2 sets of downward-pointing arrows. Choose the set on the left. After you stop spinning, walk up along the path until you are just below a Rocket. Walk directly left onto some spinning panels, and after landing you don't want to go on any more panels. Carefully walk left, up, and then right to go past the spot with that Rocket. After passing him, walk upwards to find TM 36 - Sludge Bomb - sitting on a table. Walk down from here and step on either set of downward-pointing arrows. Just don't step on the panel on the far left, or you'll be sent all the way back to the beginning.
Walk down to fight a Rocket Grunt. Walk down after that to go on more spinning panels, then you can reach and fight the Team Rocket Admin you saw at the start. After you win, she presses a button to reverse the panels at the start, so you don't need to navigate the long puzzle. Fight your way up to the Scientist who stole the Sapphire. After defeating him, go return the Sapphire to Celio on One Island. After this, Lorelei will leave her hometown to stay at the Elite Four.
Good luck with the rematch.
