is there a difference between a Australian game and a different countrys game eg.( American) because im thinking of buying the game kingdom hearts chain of memories on E- bay

I don't believe so, unless your console is modified, although I am not sure about this. I know for a fact that you can't play a PS2 game from Japan, and play it on an American Console, unless their is a modchip. You might want to contact Nintendo and ask them if you can. Nintendo number is 1-800-255-3700. You can download the gameboy advance emulator, then download the Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories rom on Emule, or another P2P client, and it should work perfectly.
