Well actually I am the one that is selling not purchasing. I have 4 playstation 3's and I want to sell each one for $2000

Around when will sony put more playstation 3's in stores?  Are their any counterfeit playstation 3's coming out and if theri are how can you tell the diffrence?  What should I look for if I plan on buying a playstation 3 outside department stores?

From my looking around:

- Sony seem very confident in meeting the target of a million systems shipped by the end of the year. Knowing the low launch figures, we could assume more to come. I guess it would depend on where you live, but if your worried, speak to whoever is closest and put your name down for one. Reserve a spot if you will.

- I havent been able to find any information on counterfeit Ps3's, and if there ~is~ any news on such a thing... well, it'll be new to me :) (thats what I spent most my time looking at haha)

- If you are looking to buy from outside a department store, have a look first to see what they are offering very carefully. I can tell you that some people on ebay almost get away with selling things like the VIP set or the box for the 360 at console price, because people were to eager to carefully look at what they were buying.

Basically, just examine what your buying first if possible, and use your common sense. If it feels like someone is ripping you off, back out.

I wasnt sure if you were after a response here, dosent matter though.

Just one peice of advice, examine the price other seller's (ebay.com etc) are at. Dont go too much higher than that, you dont want people thinking you are the one ripping them off when they can easily go to someone else.

Anyways, I wish you luck getting the most money you can get, and if you allready have sold them... good salsmanship lol!
