Question
Is is possible to build a lanai on an existing home in South Jersey???
Do you know of any builders who will do this.
They have these on all the florida homes... I'd like one her in Marlton NJ

It is possible, but it will be constructed differently in NJ. While in FL they are wide open and screened to aluminum structures you will need something able to carry a snow load in NJ. I would suggest a screened porch with skylights in the roof to allow natural light into both the porch and the portion of the home to which it is attached.
I hope this helps.
