Question How do I remove a construction lien from my personal property that was not enforced and the 12 months are up.
Answer A lien is a lien until removed. It does not have to enforced until the property is sold. It can only be released by the person that placed the lien. This is usally done by someone paying the lien amount. Once paid the lien holder can issue a release of the lien.
