PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR CAN BE A ON-SITE SUPERINTENDENT WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGEMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS, AND SCHEDULING THE WORK IN PROGRESS.

A PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR COULD BE AN IN- OFFICE PERSON WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE TO DO CONTRACT SUB CONTRACTOR SOLICITATION, PROCESS CONTRACTOR PAYMENTS AND COORDINATE CORRESPONDENCE WITH OWNER AND FIELD REPRESENTATIVES.

A PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER WOULD BE AN EXECUTIVE PERSON WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE AND ADMINISTER ALL PHASES OF THE PROJECT FROM THE BEGINNING ( ESTIMATING ) TO THE FINAL COMPLETION .
