Question
I want to setup a warehouse of 60000sq.ft with 10000 tonnes capacity for both agricultural as well industrial goods. What would be the cost of setting up one excluding the cost of land.

Answer
the cost can and will vary depending on the height of the building, materials used, features, doors, electrical, lighting, windows and location just to name a few.  In Michigan, USA the cost could be in the range of $40 per SF of building.  This does not include heating or plumbing.
