Question I want to build an office in USA(any second tier city). The office space I am looking for is minimum 1500 sq fit capacity and want to build 2 floors with A class office setup. Please provide me an idea; how much it would cost me for the land and the construction.
Answer first at 1500 Sf building would be a very small two story building. Land cost will very from very low $10,000 to very high $1,000,000 depending on the city. the building cost will also very from city to city from $90 per square foot to $200 per sqare foot plus site improvments.
