Answer
Dear yasser

There is a difference between a roll up shutter door and a overhead  sectional door.
A roll up door will roll up to the head of the opening and be contained in a drum like container

A sectional overhead door is made in sections that rise up to the head opening and travels back into the space on a supported track

The engineer should show you a picture or spec sheet of each door.the choice of the door type should be made on what the usage and  building requirements.

Best advise   is to get the make, model and specs on the door you have based your contract price on.
Remember a contract is a legal agreement to furnish a specific item and clarify anything before signing the contract.

Good  luck on your venture.
