Question
What is the normal time for R.C.C curing? Why it is normally presumed that the concrete slab surface should be dried up before de-shuttering?

Answer
Dear Sushil
concrete curing is required during the first 7 days. this is the period where concrete chemical reaction produce most of the strength of concrete. I don't understand what do you mean by dried up but you should not remove the shuttering before the said 7 days and make sure that the design accepts about 70% OF THE CONCRETE STRENGTH based on what live / dead load you have during construction
cheers
