Hi Tarun;The information you have included with your question has quite a long list of additional references you need to investigate.  It appears that this type of concrete is suited for exterior useages, however, I would suggest that you contact the concrete institute and give them some specifics about your intended usage of SCC and get their feedback.  'Google' the concrete institute and contact them.  I belive they are located in the Chicago, Illinois area in the USA.
