Construction Law/Fidic Contract 1999 - Adverse Weather Claim

I have submitted a Claim due to Adverse Weather conditions.
Can i claim Time related Prelimanary & General during these days if i have been granted the time?
I submitted a claim with regards to excessive rain days during a contract. WE compared the average days per month for the last 5 yeasr and have realised that this year it rained much more than in the past years. Therefore Principal Agent is accepting our cliam.

Dear Ricardo,

Thank you for your question.

Not only you can, or rather could, but you should have done it already, together with your claim for EoT.

I understand you are now thinking of submitting another claim for the same reason, which may not be feasible, you had your say.

Try it, you may be successful, but if that Agent is anywhere smart, he will reject your additional claim.

You should always give your best and full shot, as you generally don't have a 'second bullet'.

Hope that helps, at least for the future.
