Question
Dear Sir
What is the duration for site instruction as per FIDIC &law, for the contractor to close, two working days
What is the deference between, work site instruction & site instruction & job site instruction?
What does mast be written under neath for etch one, like
THE SITE WORK INSTRUCTION (SWI) DOES NOT ENTAIL ANY ADDITIONAL COST OR TIME.

Answer
Dear Marwan

Thanks for the question.

All the instructions (verbal or written) are treated as Site Instructions. The time to close such instructions should be in line with Approved Programme (including any EOT, if agreed. Sometimes Site Instruction does not necessarily have any cost or time impacts; therefor such wordings are often written by the Engineer.

Hope this clarify your query; else revert with a follow up question.

Thanks
