Question My neighbor has been digging on our property and is killing one of our trees on a hill. My question is are we reasponsible for the damage she does to the tree, via killing it, or it falling on her property or car, house ect. If the tree dies do we have to pay to have it cut down or is she resonsible because she is the one doing the damage to our tree.

Answer If the neighbor comes on YOUR property and kills or damages YOUR trees, it is your neighbor's responsibility to take care of the damage/cleanup and/or to pay you for your damages. Why did you let the neighbor on your property to dig, in the first place?
