Question
Hi, I am a accountant. I am preparing a balance sheet but because of staff shortage and time pressures I cant complete it on time. There is lot of common data with last years which I need not retype and I can manage by editing last year’s balance sheet ? Is their any software on net where I can do this easily??
I can suggest, if you are looking for free office productivity software that allows you access to a spreadsheet application like Microsoft's Excel, visit open office resource sites.

Of course you can purchase a copy of Microsoft Excel and have access to the king of all spreadsheet applications. That is what I use.
Hope this helps. You could also convert and start using a small business accounting package that will allow you to manage your company or your clients companies or their personal financial affairs.
