Question
Can you grow Lilacs in a container , if I have a large pot or a 1/2 whiskey barrel ?
Hey Mike! Kinda tough, they are a bit to big for even the largest of containers; there are dwarf varieties but even these would be somewhat stressed. I would advise to growing something else in the containers and maybe putting the lilacs in a above ground planting box with the bottom open, so the roots can spread. Nick
