Question
Which insecticide would be safe to use on a balacony poted plant that is little more than slightly cover with white puffy spots and tiny insects?

Answer
Hi Nadia, that would be a Horticultural Oil (not a dormant oil)...one choice is Organocide, but there are other brands on the marked, another good one is Ultra-Fine.. this is a non poison, it smothers small insects like mealy bugs, aphids, scale and mites...Be sure to follow the directions when mixing.
