Question
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly about the inverted tomato planting. I guess I'll just change how I attempted it last year and add your advice to it. B U T, I DO have another question.I'm kinda new at this planting thing and I need an experts opinion about choosing what species of tomato to get.
I LOVE the "Vine Grown Tomato" thats available in the supermarkets. But Holy Cow!!! i went to buy a few 2inch plants and never realized how many freaking types of tomatoes are available!!!
Theres almost as many types of tomatoes to choose from as there is cough syrup!!! Which of the species is closest to the Vine Grown type in the markets???...or do I need to call CSI for a DNA sample?
Hi again, and this one I have know compunction about going on record with....in my humble opinion, you can't do better then "Celebrity" for all around size, taste, disease resistance and yes, very similiar to the store bought fruit....(it is a fruit you know:)..Nick

| Comment | The ONLY reason for getting a 9 insread of straight 10s is that I asked about a process of growing tomatoes that is still kinda new (growing them upside down in a hanging planter) But he gave tips i didnt have before and subsequent questions were very knowledgeable. | ||
