Question QUESTION: i have a brick mail box with a container on each side and want to now what is the best flower or shub u would suggest that i put in it. It will be full sun all the time and i live in georgia. Do u have any suggestions?
ANSWER: Hi Mary, its funny you ask that, for I just put two beautiful dwarf Oleanders next to mine, they will do fine in a container and only grow to a maximum of four feet. They are drought resistant and will give you color throughout the year; come winter, just move them when the temps threaten to drop below freezing. Nick

QUESTION: is there anything that could be put in there that could stay in there all the time did not really want to have to move them just wanted to plant them in there and leave them.
Answer ....then instead of moving them when the temps fall, just cover them to protect them from the cold; otherwise I would lean toward annuals such as Marigolds, Petunias, etc., they will give you many months of color and when the frost does eventually do them in, just pull and discard them. Just keep in mind that you will have to deal with cold snaps in the winter that will assuredly do in whatever you put in there, if no measures are taken to protect them. Nick
