Question
what is the best thing to coat the outside of the garden frame with to keep it from rotting.it needs to be something that would not affect the plants for eating.
                    thank you

Answer
Hi David, I wouldn't use anything that would preserve it, like paint, or stain, for it always has the danger of leaching into the soil and permeating your plants inner tissue; my suggestion is to use 4x4 or 6x6 landscape timber (untreated), it will last years and is relatively cheap. Nick
