Question
hi -- we have an oil painting that bears the initials of the artist (or their artist mark) but we have no idea how to identify who they are. This painting belongs to our daughter's godmother who believes she purchased it possibly on a trip to Cuba some years ago, but doesn't quite recall (she's 90, and mostly sharp as a tack!). We have taken photos of the painting & initials, and we would like to send them as attachments. Please let us know how we should go about doing that...
thanks,
kathleen

Answer
If the work is, indeed, from a Cuban artist, I will not be able to give you much information.  However, I can give you information about the style, form, etc..

To send me a photo, you will have to use the regular e-mail, and not go through ALLExpertsd.

So, send the a note with attachements to
bmahmoud@niu.edu

I look forward to seeing the photos.
