How effective is the condom VS the STM meathod in natural family planning?
I am getingmarried soon with my girlfriend and we minimzed our contraceptive choice to condoms or natural family planing, what are the facts on both

Hi John,

That is great that you are deciding on non hormonal birth control methods. There is not enough room in this post to tell you all about NFP (Natural Family Planning). You would need to do some research about this. The main site I found for NFP is http://www.ccli.org
Are you trying to strictly avoid pregnancy or would you be ok if you did have a baby within a year or so after marriage. Condoms are not 100% effective but then other methods aren't either.
