im 30,im having alot of problems,while having sex,i am married and i got a girlfriend too, i get pain in my back, i feel very weak, and i get pain in my lower stomatch,i even have pain in my groin area. i somtimes i feel that im going to faint,im a cricketer, but i realised that i my performance has gone down alot my legs give up in 10 minits, back feels heavy. i just dont feel right, plz tell me what could be wrong,
I can't diagnose over the internet. I advise you to get a checkup and find out what might be the matter. I wouldn't advise to have a girlfriend outside of marriage. This can cause a lot of problems, emotionally as well as physical. Please only be faithful to your wife. Go to a doctor and get analyzed.
