hey! i know that this it's not the correct board but the other one was clossed.
Im 15 and i never had sex IN MY LIFE...
still i can have hiv? and other question... oral can pass hiv??

This article does say that you can get HIV from infected blood, semen, vaginal fluid, or mother's milk. Also you can
get HIV from oral sex.  Be sure to read both pages of the article online.
I recommend checking with a doctor. I am proud of you for not having sex at this point in your life. I very much recommend abstinence. If you have another follow up question, be sure to get back to me. Hope this helps.
