Answer
Dear Richard,

Because I am not a doctor and I am not able to see you for a physical exam I cannot tell you what might be causing these symptoms.

What I can tell you is that this woman you speak of, being a virgin, may still have had some kind of infection. Many people have different definitions of virgin, and the fact that she had not had vaginal intercourse does not mean that she had not had other forms of sexual contact with people (eg. oral sex, anal sex, skin-to-skin contact). Also, I do not know your sexual history and if you may have had contact with other people.

It does sound like you may have some kind of sexually transmitted infection and I would recommend going to an STD clinic if you know of one or to your local doctor. As well, I would recommed abstaining from sexual contact until you see a doctor.

Sorry I couldnt be more specific, but like I said, I would need to see you for a medical exam to say for sure.

Good luck,
AM
