Question
I THINK I SPELLED THIS WRONG! I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE A PANIEN, LIKE THE SPANISH PEOPLE MAKE IT. IT CRISPY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT JUICY ON THE INSIDE. AND SEASONED VERY WELL. ALSO HOW DO YOU MAKE HOME MADE YELLOW RICE?

Answer
I'm sorry.  I just don't have enough information to give you an answer.  I'm not familar with the dish and I've searched for panien and other likely spellings and haven't had any luck.  Can you give me any more information about this, perhaps a description on how it is cooked, an I'll contatct some spanish friends for more information.
