Question
I love using our rotisserie, I would like to know if cooking a country ham using the rotisserie , will make the meat still tender or is it better to stick with the oven

Answer
You didn't say whether the ham was pre-cooked or raw nor did you say whether it was bone in or boneless.  In the event, you can rotisserie cook it.  Here are directions for cooking a bone in, uncooked ham on a gas rotisserie grill.  The key like most meat cooking it cook to internal temperature to be sure not to overcook or under cook the meat.  The meat continues to cook after removing from the heat hence the 15-20 minute rest.

Directions
Preheat gas grill to 350º F. Combine marmalade and brown sugar. Place ham on the rotisserie and secure. Place ham on the rotisserie base in preheated grill. Grill covered for 2 hours. For the last 30 minutes, brush the entire outside of ham with marmalade mixture every 10 minutes. Remove ham from grill and cover with foil. Allow to rest 15-20 minutes before carving.
