Cooking Meat/Stuffing a Turkey too soon

I have a question... yesterday I made up stuffing.. I cooked the stuffing them while it was hot I stuffed the turkey then Put it in the Fridge overnight... I'm being told now that I contaminated the turkey and the stuffing and I shouldnt dare eat it?? could you help me out, I'd apreciate it.. thank you

What I understand is You mixed raw meat (turkey) + cooked stuff and refrigerated.

This case is quite strange in the food industry because almost nobody does it like this. The problem here is the potential bacterial growth or interchange between raw meat and cooked stuff which became critical during time.

The main fact here is to cook as soon as possible the mix you have in order to eliminate any kind of bacteria that could grow inside.

Remember to cook (oven)  1/2 hour at 350F each mix lb. finally check internal temperature (200 F)when cooking finished.
