Question
Are you able to re-heat wild pig?
Thank you

Answer
Linda:
Yes, you can re-heat wild pig.
Here you have some considerations to have before eat:
1. Is important to be sure that pig was well done when you cook before. It becomes critical when bones are inside. Be sure they are well cooked. You can be sure if they are dark brown color deep inside, i recommend no eat if bones are pink or red.
2.I assume you kept  meat under refrigerating/freezing conditions. If yes you can go on.
3.Be sure that it doesn't have any rare (non typical) smell deep inside, or rare color (green) before reheat.
4. You have to know that: the more you reheat the drier meat you eat, for this reason try to reheat just only one time and eat.

Linda, I hope you can enjoy it!
Thanks,
Enrique
