Question
I am planning to cook two pork loins that are 22lbs a piece, they can be cut down, I'm cooking them in electric roasters for my wedding reception. How long do I cook them? Or, how long does it take to get them to reach 155 degrees? Also what do I need to put in the roasters with the loins?

Answer
Kyle:
1. 22 lb are so much meat to cook, but if you have the right equipment there is no problem.
2. It takes about 1/2 hour to cook each lb 9 (to reach 155 degrees).
3 You can cook it with onions and garlic.
4. When serving use bbq sauce or prune sauce, or meat sauce. (there many brands on the market)/

Good luck,
Enrique
