Question
I have 2 whole beef tenderloins that are cooked and were then frozen. What is the best method to defrost and re-heat with out it turning to leather and getting that grey color that is so unappetizing? Any suggestions or help is appreciated.

Answer
Kenneth:
Any kind of meat cut is difficult to defrost without getting harder, dryer and smaller.
What i can tell you is defrost inside refrigerator for about 12 hours, after that re-heat inside microwave over for about 5 minutes.
You have to know that you can do it just one time and if you don't eat after 12 hour defrosting process starts, you're in a big food poisoning risk.
I'm sorry for not having more helpful information,
Thanks,
Enrique
