Cooking Meat/beef roast

Question
What is the best way to prepare a flavorful, juicy chuck roast (without potatoes or carrots)?

Answer
Chuck Roasts don't require any vegetables, but they do require "something" to be cooked with them or they are pretty bland.  Since you don't want the vegetables, consider using a standard recipe and leaving out the potatoes and carrots.  Also consider adding sliced onions or mushrooms, or their faster counterparts, soup mix.

You can find numerous recipes all over the internet on this. Here are a few links with all kinds of recipes.
