Question
how many minutes a pound do i cook a pork tenderloin in a showtime rotisserie?

Answer
Tracy:

There are too many variables to go by time and temp; height of the rotisserie above the element, room temp, size of tenderloin, etc.  You need to go by internal temperature. At 350F it could take 45 minutes or more. Get an instant read meat thermometer.  They are about $6.  Let the meat sit out to reach room temp before cooking. Then cook till the internal temp is around 155-160.  Let it sit under tented foil for about 10-15 minutes before carving.
