Question
What is the best way to cook Minute Steaks so they are tender. Have tried on grilling machine but they were a bit tough.

Answer
James:
In order to obtain a better tenderness and juiciness the way that I recommend is as follows:

1. The most thinner meat the less time cooking and the more juiciness obtained. I recommend 0,2 inches thick. Cuts should be done cross-section.
2. After the right meat portion is obtained you have to heat the grilling machine to obtain 338-350 F, after that, cook  meat fillets for about 1 minute each side. Time could be less or more according to your doneness choice.
3. Finally, is very useful to use a meat sauce just before serve.

I hope this information helps you, if you have any other question please let me know,
Thanks
Enrique
