Cooking Meat/bbq pig

Question
I have a Kenmore 6 burner 36" gas grill with rotisserie. I would like to cook a whole baby pig but don't know how big to buy or how long to cook. I could use all the advice you have! Thanks so much

Answer
Cheri:
This equipment is very flexible. You can buy a baby pig less than 30"long . Time cooking is related to internal (161-176 F) temperature of meat (is better if you take it inside the thick part). According to pig's size and form is better to use high-low temperature cycle while cooking.
Initial chamber temp.: 302 F Time: 15-20'
Final chamber temp: 194 F Time: Until reach internal temp.

I hope this information helps you,
Enrique
