Question Aprox how long per pound do I cook a beef roast using the rotissere on our gas grill? It didn't say how long on the cooking directions on the bag! It's aprox 12 lbs.

It takes about 30' per Lb.
But you can obtain better results if:
1. Cut beef roast in portions about 2 inches thick.
2. Marinate beef portions (12-24 hours under refrigerating conditions) using bbq sauce or any other sauce you like.
3. Heat cooking machine to reach 330 F.
4. Cook beef portions, it takes 8-12 minutes to obtain a good beef cooked portion.
