Question
Got a one burner Cas Grill How to cook it about 3 pounds

Answer
James, I would sear it either in a hot skillet, then place it in the grill not over the burner but away from it and cover the grill and bake it until it is around 140F inside the loin.  Use a good meat thermometer.  Remove when the temp is reached and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
