I was given a George Foreman rotisserie without the cook book how do I cook a 11 pound turkey in it? and how do I season it? Thanks

I don't know enough about the George Foreman rotisserie to tell you how long to cook it, etc.  However, I have an early Christmas present for you.  You can find the manual here:

Seasoning wise, I would suggest seeing what the manual suggests.  I would hate to give you something that the rotisserie won't handle well.  After reviewing the manual, if you still have questions, send another question.
