cornstarch

salt
dry mustard
black pepper
evaporated milk
butter
shredded sharp cedar cheese

Answer
I'd strongly suggest that you have 9 other people help you and you each make a batch for 16 people. That would divide the labor and make sure you all use the same recipe Here is a recipe scaled for 150 servings. You can make some substitutions and such but it will give you an idea of how much to buy.  Let me know if you need help.
I've also got an outrageously good recipe but it's a bit expensive to make but if you want it, I'll send it--you would definitely need to divide the labor/cost on it but it's a killer recipe.  This one is very good though...
1-1/2 cups and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
25 (16 ounce) packages elbow macaroni
14 cups butter
12-1/2 cups shredded Muenster cheese
12-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
12-1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
12-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
37 cups half-and-half
12-1/2 pounds cubed processed cheese food
50 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons and 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain well and return to cooking pot.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; stir into the macaroni.
In a large bowl, combine the Muenster cheese, mild and sharp Cheddar cheeses, and Monterey Jack cheese; mix well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Add the half and half, 3/4ths of cheese mixture, cubed processed cheese food, and eggs to macaroni; mix together and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a lightly greased deep hotel pan. Sprinkle with the remaining  cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbling around the edges; serve.
