Terri, I asked for help from you before and you told me you needed more info, so here goes. To refresh your memory-I will be having Italian food. We will have 100 quests and plan 2 entrees with salad and bread w/dipping oils. I have 8 chafing dishes to use. What entrees do you suggest? I was thinking chicken parm and then sausage with peppers and of course both of them to go with noodles. How do I prepare the noodles to get while serving. I know there has to be an easy way. We also plan on having cheesecake for wedding cake. I would love all the suggestions you can give me. I am still open to changing the menu, but would like to stay Italian. The wedding is in Oct. thanks
