Cooking for Parties/tea party

Question
We are a group of teachers we would like to know what is suitable to serve in a tea party?

Answer
You would make tea with loose tea and use something special such as Earl Grey.  You would also serve finger sandwiches and little sweets such as (but not limited to) cookies, chocolate-dipped strawberries, brownies and DEFINITELY you will need scones with clotted cream (also known as Devonshire cream)and available mail order as it is exceptionally hard to find in the USA.  I do have a recipe to make it and a place to order it if you need it.  Where I to have a tea I would have the following:
Finger sandwiches in chicken salad, pimento cheese and cucumber, one of each per guest.
2 scones per guest with Devonshire cream, lemon curd and raspberry jam
1 blondie brownie per person
1 large chocolate dipped strawberry per person
1 peanut butter cookie per person
1 cherry tart in a macaroon crust per person

Let me know if you need the Double Devonshire cream recipe. You can buy lemon curd in a jar in the jelly section of upscale grocer. Use a good quality raspberry jam, Smuckers is my favorite!  If you need further assistance let me know!  Enjoy your tea.
As a sidebar, tea is considered a light meal in place of dinner or to tide one over when going to the theatre and dining afterwards around 9:30 to 10 pm as is customary in Spain.
