Question
I need to make speghetti for 150 people. Can you tell me how many pounds of hamburger I would need. Also how many 1 one boxes of speghetti noodles to get. Also how many premade sauces (like Ragu) in a gallon size would I need. My other question is do you think it would be cheaper to make the speghetti or buy at sams club the stouffers made lasagna. If you say the lagagna how many boxes would I need to feed 150.

Pre-made sauce is wickedly expensive. I've got a sauce recipe that would make delicious sauce if you can cook a little bit. The lasagne (Stouffer's) at Sam's club is fairly inexpensive and pretty good but it's a bear to cook off as you would need a lot of oven space as you'd need 18 or so boxes. I'd go with the sauce if I were you. You'll need 28 pounds of uncooked pasta.
