Cooking for Parties/Amount per guest of 150

Question
for Hors'd'ovres for 150 people, how many of each do I make?

Answer
You will need about 4-6 bites per person per hour depending on what you are serving for dinner (if you are serving dinner) and what time of day you are having your event. For a 3 hour cocktail party that means 1800-2400 pieces.  There are some variables but you didn't give me enough information to really compose a comprehensive answer.
