I'm having a first birthday party for my daughter and we're going to order some meatballs and eggplant parmesan, but I would also like to make a large salad and mostacciolo because it seems simple enough, but I don't need some guidelines about how much to make, like how much pasta do I cook and how much sauce do I need, same thing with the salad, ingredients/how much.  Please help.  50 to 60 adults expected, plus 12 small children

Answer
For the adults you will need per person:
3 oz of uncooked pasta
8-10 oz of sauce
3 oz of salad greens
16 oz of non-alcoholic beverage
1-3 meatballs depending on size (golf ball size: 3 tennis ball size:1)
For the kiddies half of the above or less per person.
